Stuarts Legal LLC has successfully unblocked assets of a Russian citizen totaling over $1.5 million at the Swiss bank Credit Suisse and facilitated the withdrawal of the funds from Switzerland. The working group was led by Managing Partner Elena Stuart.

It is noteworthy that earlier, Credit Suisse had frozen assets related to Russian clients amounting to 17.6 billion Swiss francs (over $19 billion), which represents about a third of all Russian assets declared in Switzerland.
