Elena has more than a decade of experience advising on construction projects in petrochemicals, oil and gas processing, energy and natural resources under the EPC model.
The aggregate value of projects on which Elena has worked exceeds EUR 100 billion. She advises contractors and employers on EPC projects and works with licensors and project lenders, including international export credit agencies.
