- Working with banks and financial institutions on financing terms for infrastructure projects.
- Reviewing and negotiating finance documentation, including English law transactions.
- Structuring and negotiating security arrangements, including English law security packages.
Oil and gas and industrial projects
- Legal support for oil, gas and mineral extraction projects, as well as LNG production projects both onshore and offshore.
- Drafting and supporting domestic and cross-border, short-term and long-term commercial arrangements.
- Assisting with the preparation and conclusion of drilling contracts.
- Supporting agreements related to development, supply, processing and sale of raw materials.
Contracting and engineering
- Drafting and negotiating equipment, goods and materials supply contracts, including take-or-pay arrangements.
- Preparing basic engineering and FEED documentation contracts.
- Supporting EPC, EPCM and other infrastructure construction contracts.
- Preparing turnkey EPC contracts, including risk analysis and adaptation of FIDIC forms to the applicable law and lender bankability requirements.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts, project survey documentation and related project documents.
- Developing international contract models such as BTO, DBO and DBFO with appropriate risk allocation.
