• Consulting, preparation of documentation and support for the implementation of regional public-private partnership projects in the healthcare sector, including a project to build an infectious disease hospital with a construction cost exceeding RUB 14 billion.
• Consulting, preparation of documentation and support for the implementation of municipal and regional projects in the education sector based on concession agreements, including structuring projects for the construction and operation of general education schools in three regions of the Russian Federation.
• Rehabilitation of and comprehensive infrastructure development for federal highways to make them toll roads and subsequently operate under long-term investment agreements, ensuring financial and commercial closure of projects.
• Construction and operation of federal toll roads under concession agreements on the side of Avtodor State Company and sovereign wealth funds.
• Advice to the Government of Moscow on the establishment of a major pharmaceutical production facility under a contract with counter investment commitments.
• Establishment of major industrial enterprises in the oil and gas sector, including an EPC project with elements of English law, as well as establishment and support of joint ventures implementing industrial and road investment projects.
• Advice and preparation of documentation to implement regional road projects based on concession agreements.
