Elena has more than a decade of experience advising on EPC and EPCM projects across petrochemicals, oil and gas processing, energy, metallurgy, natural resources and industrial construction. The aggregate value of projects on which she has worked exceeds EUR 100 billion.
She advises employers, contractors, licensors and project lenders, including international export credit agencies, on EPC contracts, FEED/pre-FEED, claim management, disputes, English law and sanctions in the project environment.
